Shipping policy

VolpicelliART will offer free shipping to all customers anywhere in the world in purchases over $500 for original artwork. Vats, and customs fees excluded.

VolpicelliART shipments are made through Shopify shipping which features companies UPS, FEDEX and DHL for deliveries depending on the country of destination.

The management of orders that do not require certificates of authenticity will be of 1 up to 7 business days, unless otherwise notified.


Once managed the shipment we will provide the tracking number and link so you can keep track of the package. Delivery times are calculated based on working days and will vary depending on where the delivery is made.

4.1 - Original work

VolpicelliART takes over cost for all the original work excluding any VATs or custom fees. These times are an estimate, please refer to UPS shipping calculator or tracking number provided on the fulfillment email for more accurate times. 

United States, Canadá (American continent)

European Union

4.2 - Delivery lead time

All orders require an internal management (consisting of preparation of the documents, certificates, etc.) that can vary depending on the piece that you purchased. The days are specified by the carrier for transit only and are counted from the moment VolpicelliART notifies the customer the tracking number and link.

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the purchaser, which can be different to their usual place of residence or the billing address. Any change to the address needs to be confirmed with VolpicelliART before the shipping process has started.

In any of the cases, at the time of delivery of the work, the identification of the receptor and the signature on the delivery note will be asked. The deadline that is set in the budget will be merely indicative. This deadline shall not be under any case responsibility of VolpicelliART, but of the carrier.
