This is Charlie Chaplin, drawn from the words of the final speech in his 1940 film The Great Dictator.
In that speech Chaplin speaks against hate and for kindness, freedom and each other. This piece is about bringing humanity back to the world, and how powerful that speech is.
"We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery, we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness."
Charlie Chaplin, The Great Dictator (1940)
Drawn entirely by my hand.
