Returns and refunds

I am one person making this art by hand, so here is how I handle it, plainly.

Prints

Prints are made to order, one at a time, so I cannot take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. If a print arrives damaged or with a printing flaw, email me photos within 7 days of delivery and I will send a replacement, or refund you if you would rather.

Original drawings

Sales of original drawings are final. If an original arrives damaged, email me photos of the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and I will make it right.

Commissions

After we agree on a price, a 50% deposit starts the work. The deposit is fully refundable until I send the first progress picture. After that the drawing is under way and the deposit is not refundable. The balance is due when the piece is finished, before it ships.
